In comparison to the PG group, the CG showed a significant increase in gut microbiota functional genes related to Peptidases, Cysteine and methionine metabolism, Lipid biosynthesis proteins, Vitamin B6 metabolism, Tuberculosis, Vibrio cholerae pathogenic cycle, and Flavone and flavonol biosynthesis, with statistical significance (P < 0.05). This evidence concerns the gene LAP3 and tuberculosis.
