KRAS and colorectal cancer: KRAS, one of the most frequently mutated RAS isoforms in humans, is implicated in various cancers, including ~90% of pancreatic ductal adenocarcinomas (PDAC), 43% of colorectal cancers (CRC), 30–35% of non–small cell lung cancers (NSCLC), and 25–30% of lung adenocarcinomas9,46–48.
