In contrast, expression levels of SPTBN2 in normal tissues such as glioblastoma multiforme (GBM), brain lower grade glioma (LGG), kidney renal papillary cell carcinoma (KIRP), head and neck carcinoma (HNSC), kidney renal clear cell carcinoma (KIRC), and liver hepatocellular carcinoma (LIHC) were higher than those in tumor tissues (Fig. 1d, p < 0.05).
