In addition, SPTBN2 correlated with grades of cervical squamous cell carcinoma and endocervical adenocarcinoma (CESC), LIHC, STAD, HNSC, and PAAD (Fig. 3a, p < 0.05); while it significantly correlated with stages of KIRP, uterine carcinosarcoma, LUAD, LIHC, and THCA (Fig. 3b, p < 0.05).
