Relevant studies have found that the abnormal expression of the PPP4C gene exists in solid tumors such as lung cancer [21], breast cancer [21], pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma [22], glioma cancer [23], and colorectal carcinoma [24], and affects the biological characteristics of tumor proliferation, migration, and invasion. Here, PPP4C is linked to pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma.
