Then, in the scratch assay, we found that in both 143B and SAOS2 cells, the wound width in the LRP1–SNRNP25-overexpressing cell group was significantly lower than that in the LRP1, SNRNP25, and empty vector cell groups, suggesting that the fusion gene LRP1–SNRNP25 can significantly promote the migration of osteosarcoma cells (Fig. 2B, C and Supplementary Fig. 1). This evidence concerns the gene SNRNP25 and osteosarcoma.
