Among 15 perturbed pathways, the pathways for primary immunodeficiency, B cell receptor signaling, T cell receptor signaling, Th17 cell differentiation, and Th1 and Th2 cell differentiation were significantly dysregulated in the infected Rag2−/− mice as compared to the B6 mice (Figure 4A and Table S1). This evidence concerns the gene RAG2 and inborn error of immunity.
