This trend was not affected by (i) serotype (Ogawa or Inaba), (ii) previous or recent exposure to cholera when immunoglobulins (IgA, IgM, and IgG) were investigated with IgM being the most circulating immunoglobulin in the population, and that (iii) vibriocidal antibodies were a little lower in persons living with HIV when compared to their counterparts. Here, CD79A is linked to vibrio infectious disease.
