Binding capacity in molecular docking of prosapogenin D and the two regulatory proteins of the PI3K-Akt signaling pathway were much less than −6.0, prosapogenin D and PI3K (−8.139 KJ/mol) and prosapogenin and Akt (−8.494 KJ/mol), which indicated that prosapogenin D could play an anti-obesity effect by using the PI3K-Akt signaling pathway very well. This evidence concerns the gene AKT1 and obesity disorder.
