The analysis of TIMER2 revealed that GPSM2 is significantly overexpressed in all gastrointestinal (GI) cancers, including colorectal adenocarcinoma (COAD), esophageal squamous cell carcinoma (ESCA), pancreatic adenocarcinoma (PAAD), renal cell carcinoma (READ), and stomach adenocarcinoma (STAD) (Figure 1). Here, GPSM2 is linked to esophageal squamous cell carcinoma.
