The analysis of TIMER2 revealed that GPSM2 is significantly overexpressed in all gastrointestinal (GI) cancers, including colorectal adenocarcinoma (COAD), esophageal squamous cell carcinoma (ESCA), pancreatic adenocarcinoma (PAAD), renal cell carcinoma (READ), and stomach adenocarcinoma (STAD) (Figure 1). This evidence concerns the gene GPSM2 and pancreatic adenocarcinoma.
