Sun J. et al. (2017) reported for the first time that genotypes of the ABCG2 variant rs3114020 T allele were associated with a significantly increased risk of death from non-small cell lung cancer (additive model: HR = 1.25, 95% CI 1.10–1.42, p ≤ 0.001) [32]. This evidence concerns the gene ABCG2 and non-small cell lung carcinoma.
