These findings are in line with earlier reported findings such as the miRNAs “pku-miR167a-5p” and “pku-miR167b-3p” from Picrorhiza kurroa having targeted the genes:“PPP3R2” and “MYOZ3”, respectively, involved in astheno-zoospermia and muscular dystrophy in humans [106]. The gene discussed is MYOZ3; the disease is muscular dystrophy.
