CD300LD, MYL9, VAMP5, CARD17, CLEC2B, GBP6, BATF2, ETV7, IFI27, and FCGR1CP showed upregulation in MDR/RR-TB in all comparisons, among which CLEC2B and CD300LD were not previously linked to TB [62]. This evidence concerns the gene MYL9 and tuberculosis.
