Interestingly, high levels of Axl+ CD45+, CD45+ CD8+ and Axl+ CD31− alpha-smooth muscle actin (αSMA)− CD45− (tumor cells) did not correlate with survival probability (Figure 6J and Figure S6B,C) but increased the infiltration of CD45+ Granzyme B+ associated with an increased survival probability (Figure 6K).
