Upregulated KIF11 has been identified in various cancers, such as in glioma [17], adrenocortical carcinoma (ACC) [18], colorectal cancer (CRC) [19,20], non-small-cell lung cancer (NSCLC) [21,22], and hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC), and is related to poor prognosis [23,24,25]. This evidence concerns the gene KIF11 and non-small cell lung carcinoma.
