Changes in pro-inflammatory and anti-inflammatory cytokine levels, i.e., interleukin 2 (IL2), IL4, IL6, IL10, IL17A, interferon-gamma (IFN-ꝩ), and tumor necrosis factor-alpha (TNF-α), are observed in iCCA patients [4,5], which could serve as potential iCCA diagnostic markers. This evidence concerns the gene TNF and infantile convulsions and choreoathetosis.
