IL17RA and tumor of uterus: The levels of IL-17RA phosphorylation at S708 and S629 in the uterine tumor samples were significantly lower than in the corresponding normal controls (Figure S5A–C), while the levels of IL-17RA protein were higher in the uterine tumors than in the normal tissues, suggesting that reduced IL-17RA phosphorylation is linked to more stable IL-17RA protein due to less ubiquitylation and degradation.
