The CanRisk Tool (BOADICEA v6) (https://canrisk.org, accessed on 27 February 2024) is a model for calculating BC and ovarian cancer risks based on family history and genotypes for PGVs in BRCA1/BRCA2, PALB2, CHEK2, ATM, BARD1, RAD51C, and RAD51D and incorporates the effects of common genetic variants (summarized as polygenic risk scores, PRS), lifestyle, hormonal and clinical characteristics, breast density, and disease histopathology. Here, RAD51C is linked to ovarian carcinoma.
