Statistically higher (2.9-fold) levels of KRAS, and elevated expression of pATR (2.8 fold) and pCHEK1 (1.3-fold) proteins were detected in poorly differentiated endometrial carcinomas in the group without recurrences compared to neoplasms with high and moderate grades of differentiation (Table 4). The gene discussed is KRAS; the disease is endometrial carcinoma.
