FOLH1 and posterior cortical atrophy: Given the continuously expanding field of clinical indications for non-invasive in vivo PCa theranostics (even beyond PSMA), development of a ligand amenable to radiolabelling with gamma emitters (such as technetium-99 m) for use in conventional scintigraphy or single-photon emission computed tomography (SPECT) with its lower cost and generally better availability would be highly desirable.
