Overexpression of IQGAP3/BMP4 was associated with higher grades and stages (p = 0.015 and p = 0.005, respectively) as well as recurrence and progression (p = 0.002 and p = 0.001, respectively), whereas IQGAP3/FAM107A was associated with greater tumor size and progression (p = 0.019 and p = 0.001, respectively).
