In this study, we confirmed our results on the full-length N-cadherin since we showed that GW501516 decreases cdh2 expression; it diminishes the N-cadherin whole form level, and we demonstrated for the first time in T24 invasive bladder cancer cells, that it does not modify ADAM10 expression but decreases the expression of Tspan15 (mRNA and protein), a regulator of ADAM10. Here, ADAM10 is linked to urinary bladder cancer.
