This is the case of the TG2 involvement in neurogenetic mechanisms demonstrated in a model of brain injury [100], in amyotrophic lateral sclerosis [101,102], in inflammation and multiple sclerosis [103,104] and in neurodegenerative diseases like Alzheimer’s [105,106,107,108], Parkinson’s [14,109,110,111], and Huntington’s disease [112]. This evidence concerns the gene TGM2 and Huntington disease.
