ESR1 and cervical squamous cell carcinoma: The analysis revealed that, compared to normal tissues, the levels of ESR1 RNA were significantly decreased in bladder urothelial carcinoma (BLCA), cervical squamous cell carcinoma and endocervical adenocarcinoma (CESC), cholangiocarcinoma (CHOL), liver hepatocellular carcinoma (LIHC), testicular germ cell tumors (TGCTs), and uterine carcinosarcoma (UCS).
