The correlation analysis between CSFs IgG, IgM, and IgA and cranial MRI manifestations (hydrocephalus, cerebral infarction, granuloma, nodules, and enhancement) in the TBM group showed that higher levels of CSFs IgG, IgM, and IgA indicated more chance of granulomas, nodules, and enhancement and less chance of hydrocephalus on cranial MRI. This evidence concerns the gene CD40LG and cerebral infarction.
