In the present study, comparison of CSFs IgG, IgM, and IgA between the TBM group and the CM group revealed that CSFs IgG, IgM, and IgA were increased in the TBM group compared with those in the CM group, and the differences were statistically significant (P < 0.05), suggesting that the BBB was more damaged in TBM than in CM. This evidence concerns the gene CD79A and meningeal tuberculosis.
