<h4>Introduction</h4>Primary aldosteronism (PA) is a clinical syndrome characterized by hypertension, suppressed plasma renin activity (PRA), elevated plasma aldosterone concentration (PAC), and spontaneous hypokalemia.<h4>Case presentation</h4>We present a 37-year-old normotensive female with hypokalemia, high plasma aldosterone level, and suppressed renin.
