Higher levels of HSP70 and XBP1s were found in the AD group compared to the control and resilient groups (Fig. 6A, B: Kruskal–Wallis H = 10.81, p < 0.0045, AD versus control; p = 0.0145, resilient versus control; p > 0.999, resilient versus AD; p = 0.0146) or only to the resilient group, respectively (Fig. 6C, D: Kruskal–Wallis H = 8.73, p < 0.0127, resilient versus AD; p = 0.0116).
