While some of the top candidates have been previously reported to play a role in cancer (FLNB, MAP3K7, NFYA, and ESYT2 (Li et al, 2018, 2021; Dolfini et al, 2019; de Miguel et al, 2016)) others were identified to be breast cancer-relevant for the first time (NEDD4L, MARK2, ABI1). Here, MAP3K7 is linked to breast cancer.
