GBA1, the most common PD risk gene, had one variant (1/10, 10%), as did ACMSD, LAMP3, and MCCC1. Of these 10 variants, 9 (9/10, 90%) had CADD scores above 10 with 6 (6/10, 60%) greater than 20, suggesting the majority of these variants may impact protein function. The gene discussed is ACMSD; the disease is Parkinson disease.
