After eQTL proxy, clump, and harmonization, genetically proxied expression of 8 genes (CCR2, CD226, TNFSF12, CDC42BPB, KAT2B, LEAP2, PRSS36, THRA), 1 gene (CORIN), and 7 genes (CCR2, CDC42BPB, TNFSF12, TNFSF13, CFD, KLRD1, LMCD1) were significantly associated with the risk of MG, early-onset MG, and late-onset MG, respectively. This evidence concerns the gene TNFSF12 and myasthenia gravis.
