After these sensitivity analyses, 8 genes (CCR2, CD226, THRA, KAT2B, LEAP2, PRSS36, CDC42BPB, TNFSF12) with MG, 1 gene (CORIN) with early-onset MG, 7 genes (CD226, CDC42BPB, CFD, KLRD1, LMCD1, TNFSF12, TNFSF13) with late-onset MG were retained as potential therapeutic targets. Here, TNFSF13 is linked to myasthenia gravis.
