Decreased expression of “APOBEC3A” (OR 0.85; 95% CI 0.80–0.89; P = 1.51 × 10−9) and “NEK10” gene (OR 0.21; 95% CI 0.11–0.40; P = 1.69 × 10−6) were observed to be associated with the lower risk of breast cancer. This evidence concerns the gene NEK10 and breast carcinoma.
