MTOR and esophageal squamous cell carcinoma: In summary, our work found that ANXA2 acts as an upstream molecule and plays an indispensable role in regulating TTK, which provides a new perspective for understanding the molecular mechanism of ANXA2 and the biological significance of the Akt/mTOR signaling pathway mediated by ANXA2 and TTK in ESCC (Fig. 9).
