The proportion of mediation effects of CTBP1, PPM1G, SEPT2, and KRTCAP3 through SU on gout were 12.63, 12.82, 8.55, and 12.31%, respectively; that of SKIV2L through SU for heart failure was 3.34%; and that of AAK1, MAPKAPK5-AS1, POLA2, RSG1, and WWP2 for hypertension were 7.75, 7.94, 6.26, 6.65, and 8.02%, respectively. This evidence concerns the gene KRTCAP3 and hypertensive disorder.
