Here, we revisited the STRN3-containing PP2A and STRIPAK complex and discovered that pharmacological targeting of the PP2Aa–STRN3 or STRN3–MST1/2 interactions with FDA-approved drugs can potently recover the Hippo tumor suppressor signaling and selectively kill cancer cells (Fig. 7).
