In BLCA, BRCA, and LUAD—where EV is approved or in late-stage clinical development—NECTIN4 amplifications associated with increased NECTIN4 mRNA expression (Fig 2C; Appendix Figs A4A and A4C) and higher NECTIN4 protein levels in breast cancer (Appendix Fig A4B). The gene discussed is NECTIN4; the disease is bladder transitional cell carcinoma.
