Additionally, after calculating the association between the eight hub genes and immune cell infiltration, we found out a notable correlation between the CLCA4 gene and a variety of immune cells (B memory cells, B naïve cells, resting dendritic cells, M1 macrophages, resting mast cells, and plasma cells), which may suggest that CLCA4 gene exhibits significant involvement in tumor immunity within CESC (Figure 7F).
