At the baseline, biological hepatic cytotoxicity (defined by increased AST and ALT levels) and biological cholestasis (defined by increased ALP and GGT levels) were observed in 4 patients (10.0%); 2 patients (5.0%) had biological hepatic cytolysis, 7 patients (17.5%) had biological cholestasis, and 8 patients (20.0%) had isolated GGT increase. This evidence concerns the gene GPT and cholestasis.
