High expression of m1A-related regulators (m1A writer TRMT6, TRMT61A, and eraser ALKBH3) was associated with poor prognosis in several cancers, including hepatocellular carcinoma, colon cancer, glioma, breast cancer, and ovarian cancer (Woo and Chambers, 2019; Shi et al., 2020; Wang B. et al., 2021; Gao et al., 2021).
