SOX11 and neuroblastoma: Assessment of primary NB patients stratified for risk (database: R2 SEQC; n = 498 tumors) reveals increased expression of SOX11 in high-risk cases (Mann–Whitney test, p < 0.0001), whereas higher expression of SOX4 was found in low-risk cases (Mann–Whitney test, p < 0.0001) (Fig. 3f).
