AKT1 and cancer: The results showed that these differentially expressed genes were involved in regulation of cell migration, angiogenesis, extracellular matrix, CXCR chemokine receptor binding and other biological processes, as well as IL‐17 signalling pathway, AGE‐RACE signalling pathway in diabetic complication, PI3K‐Akt signalling pathway, Proteoglycans in cancer, protein digestion and absorption signalling pathways (Figure 4A,B).
