In the Myeloid cell group, CD45 on lymphocyte (p = 0.021, OR = 1.214, 95%CI = 1.029–1.432) showed a positive causal relationship with the development of osteomyelitis, while CD33br HLA DR + CD14dim AC (p = 0.036, OR = 0.920, 95%CI = 0.851–0.994) and CD11b on CD66b++ myeloid cell (p = 0.013, OR = 0.779, 95%CI = 0.638–0.950) showed a negative causal relationship with the development of osteomyelitis. This evidence concerns the gene PTPRC and osteomyelitis.
