1‐Trifluoromethoxyphenyl‐3‐(1‐propionylpiperidin‐4‐yl) urea (TPPU), an inhibitor of soluble epoxide hydrolase (sEH), has been reported to prevent glial cell reactivation and alleviate cognitive deficits in the brains of AD mice.[27] These results suggest that TPPU may be a potent candidate for encapsulation. This evidence concerns the gene EPHX2 and Alzheimer disease.
