HER2-positive breast cancer patients with high HSF1 mRNA expression showed a notably lower probability of overall survival (Log-rank, p = 0.012, Figure 1F), and concurrent overexpression between HSP90 and HSP70 (p = 0.0403, Figure 1G), HSF1 and HSP70 (p = 0.0373, Figure 1H), and HSF1 and HSP70 (p = 0.0068, Figure 1I) were also associated with relatively worse overall survival. Here, HSF1 is linked to breast carcinoma.
