PPARA and inflammatory bowel disease: Kyoto Encyclopedia of Genes and Genomes (KEGG) pathway enrichment analysis was performed, and the top 20 KEGG pathways of DC vs. B14 showed that the downregulated pathways were related to immune and inflammatory processes, such as cell adhesion molecules, inflammatory bowel disease, and B cell receptor signaling pathway and the upregulated pathways were related to metabolic activity pathways, such as retinol metabolism, steroid hormone biosynthesis, metabolic pathways, and PPAR signaling pathway (Figures 5D,E).
