MARK2 and infection: Interestingly, in infections with strains expressing either wt or phosphorylation-resistant CagA, Par1b/cortactin formed larger apical compartments (Fig. S6B, violet arrowheads), while CRPIA-mutated CagA or the ΔcagA mutant resulted in smaller Par1b/cortactin compartments at basolateral sides (Fig. S6B, blue arrowheads).
