This result was consistent with our study, which demonstrated that GSK3B had considerably enhanced expression in RIF. Besides, SNRPD1, one of the key genes encoding core spliceosome constituents, and its elevated protein expression in somatic cells was associated with kidney injury and pulmonary hypertension in systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE) patients (Hu et al., 2017). Here, GSK3B is linked to pulmonary arterial hypertension.
