Overall, we found that the increased protein abundance of HP is associated with a reduced risk of disorder of lipoid metabolism (OR: 0.94), especially hyperlipidaemia (OR: 0.94), while the up‐regulation of HLA‐DRA is associated with an increased risk of the disorder of lipoid metabolism (OR: 1.17), hyperlipidaemia (OR: 1.17), hypercholesteraemia (OR: 1.17), haematuria (OR: 1.65), chronic sinusitis (OR: 1.27), and inflammatory spondylopathy (OR:2.02) (P ≤ 7.08*10−6) (Figure S3). This evidence concerns the gene HLA-DRA and bone disorder.
