As is depicted in Figure 6, high expression of TPX2 was significantly associated with T stage (T1 vs T2, T2 vs T3), N stage (N2 vs N3), pathologic stage (stage I vs stage II and III), PAM50 (LumA vs LumB, Her2 and Basal), age (<=60 vs >60), race (Asian vs White) and histological type (Infiltrating Ductal Carcinoma vs Infiltrating Lobular Carcinoma). Here, TPX2 is linked to breast lobular carcinoma.
