In fact, these AML cell lines with KMT2A (MLL) rearrangement also express high levels of CDK6, as shown in Fig. 1F. Taken together, these results imply that the anti-AML activity of narazaciclib in these cell lines might be mediated by CSF1R and CDK6 dual targeting.
