To further explore the anti-AML activity of narazaciclib via targeting FLT3/FLT3-ITD or CSF1R, we tested different dose levels of narazaciclib in a CSF1R driven Ba/F3-ETV6-CSF1R xenograft model along with those two AML-PDX models (AM7577 and AM8096) responding well to narazaciclib. The gene discussed is FLT3; the disease is acute myeloid leukemia.
