This assertion is supported by the facts that (i) overexpression of KAT2B upregulates NF2 expression; (ii) KAT2B overexpression decreases the accumulation of nuclear YAP; (iii) KAT2B overexpression reduces the expression of YAP target genes; and (iv) KAT2B overexpression inhibits CCA cell growth in vitro and in mice.
