NFKB1 and thromboangiitis obliterans: In a word, the current study uncovers the high expression of MyD88, TRIF and NF-κB in the vascular wall of patients with TAO, indicating that the activation of TLRs/MyD88/NF-κB and TLRs/TRIF/NF-κB signaling pathways may promote the progression of TAO by induction of vascular inflammation.
